You should be telling us the context of the initials or at least the topic of what you are translating. Now, I can only guess. But ... hmmmm ...

DWI could mean Driving While Intoxicated. An acceptable Arabic translation might be:
القيادة أثناء السكر and there are many more
القيادة في حالة السكر . But you would have to look to see how the Moroccan legal system calls it. Personally, I would appreciate it if you could inform me how the Moroccans say it.
