MOROCCO PROJECT ASSISTANT 2006

Small Development consulting firm www.amr-group.com requires a
recent college graduate based in Rabat or Casablanca to work
approximately 50% time for 2-3 months from January-March to:



* Conduct site visits to schools to evaluate English classes.

* Conduct 120 structured interviews of students and teachers and
administrators

* Be based either in Casablanca or Rabat as work will be conducted
in both cities.



The person will likely have the following qualities:



* Fluency in spoken English, Arabic and French. Interviews will be
in Arabic and French.

* Be nearly fluent in written English, reports will be written in
English.

* Be a recent college graduate.

* Be based in Rabat or Casablanca and be able to spend 5-10 days in
the other city.

* Be absolutely responsible for meeting deadlines.

* Be able to use Microsoft Word and XL in an advanced setting.

* Be able to conduct one-on-one interviews comfortably.

* Be able to conduct focus groups with 6 people at ease.

* Have meticulous attention to detail.

* Have fast typing skills and ability to translate elegantly from
Arabic to English.

* Have internet access from home.

* Have a cell phone to make and receive calls from.



The person will most likely be a recent university graduate, or
recent masters student.


* Compensation will be paid at a mid-point and upon completion of
project and will be commensurate with experience.
