L'AMDM mene des actions d'observation des élections avec ses partenaires depuis les élections communales de 2002, ces actions ont comme objectifs de :
  • Faire l’analyse des programmes électoraux des parties politiques durant les compagnes électorales a fin d-identifier la place accordé à la question du handicap ,
  • Observer le respect du droit de vote pour les personnes en situation du handicap.
  • Sensibiliser pour la participation des personnes handicapées au procéssus électoral..
 
 dans ce contexte L'AMDM a lancé un appel à manifestation d'intérêt pour les associations souhaitant bénéficier d'une formation sur les techniques d'observation des élections.
cette formation a pour objectif primordiale l'identification des leaders d'associations pouvant contribuer à la mobilisation des acteurs locaux pour participer à l'observation des élections de juin 2009.
 
La date limite de dépôt de candidatures est fixé pour le 02 Mai 2009.
Les associations désirant bénéficier de cette formation son priées d'envoyer leurs candidatures avant cette date.

Chaque fois que les choses veulent prendre le bon chemin dans cette mutuelle il y a des interventions interne et externe syndicale, politique et gouvernementale pour chassé ces tentatives de démocratie et de protection des deniers publiques. Pourquoi ses chantages ? Pour qu´elle intérêt ? Si cette intérêt et contre l´humanité, contre le droit d´accès à la santé et contre le bénéfice de la couverture médicale.

الحركة العالمية لمناهضة العولمة والهيمنة الاميركية والصهيونية 

 

على خلفية محاولة اغتيال فادي ماضي

الفاشلة التي تمت ليل 9\2\ 2009  في مدينة بيروت لبنان  وتواطؤ  عناصر امنية تابعة للنائب في البرلمان اللبناني اسعد حردان مع منظمات صهيونية  متطرفة وعلى رأسها مركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي الفرع الاوروبي

عقد مجلس منظمات الحركة العالمية لمناهضة العولمة والهيمنة الاميركية والصهيونية اجتماعا طارئا في مدينة شتوتغارت الالمانية  يوم 19\3\ 2009 واصدر البيان الاتي:

 

اثر عودة رئيس الحركة الأخ فادي ماضي الى دولة المقر من بيروت وانتهاء فترة العلاج التي تابعها في المانيا من جراء التعذيب الجسدي والمادي والنفسي والتي ادت الى انعكاسات صحية خطيرة , وقد توقف المجلس امام التطورات البالغة الاهمية في مجريات اعمال القضاء الالماني ومحكمة العدل الاوروبية  بعد ما تم رفع دعوى قضائية ضد مركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي بفرعيه الاوروبي والاميركي على اثر احكام البراءة التي اصدرتها المحاكم الالمانية بدرجات عدة لصالح الحركة العالمية لمناهضة العولمة والهيمنة الاميركية والصهيونية والمؤتمر العربي الاسلامي الاوروبي والأخ فادي ماضي والتي تبين فيها بطلان الادعاءات الكاذبة التي اوردتها تقارير مرفوعة الى الاجهزة الامنية المحلية  من عناصر امنية تنتمي الى الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي برئاسة اسعد حردان وبايعاز شخصي منه تطابقت مع ما اورده مركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي من معلومات خطيرة وهامة سلمت الى الحكومة الالمانية والنمساوية وحكومتي واشنطن وتل ابيب حول علاقة مشبوهة للاخ فادي ماضي والحركة العالمية والمؤتمر العربي بمنظمات ارهابية وتهديد السلم والامن العالميين في قضية وصفت في ايلول2004  بانها من اخطر القضايا التي واجهها الاتحاد الاوروبي( راجع تقارير الانباء والاعلام في تلك الفترة ) انتهت بترحيل ماضي الى لبنان واغلاق وحظر انشطة الحركة العالمية والمؤتمر العربي

وبعد النصر القضائي الذي حققته الحركة العالمية في حزيران 2008 وعودة الاخ ماضي الى المانيا واعادة افتتاح جميع مقرات الحركة في انحاء العالم  والبدء باقامة دعاوى الحق المدني ضد كل من ساهم او شارك او حرض في تلك التقارير الكاذبة والادعاءات الباطلة  وبعد ان انكشفت اسماء جميع المتورطين ممن يحملون جنسيات لبنانية وسورية وبدء ملاحقتهم قضائيا في العديد من دول اوروبا , عملت قيادة الجزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي يرئاسة اسعد حردان على طمس الحقائق مرة اخرى والتنصل من جريمة الاتصال بالعدو الصهيوني  , والمساهمة المباشرة في وقف انشطة الحركة العالمية لمناهضة العولمة والهيمنة الاميركية والصهيونية لمدة 45 شهرا  في اوروبا والامريكيتين وحرمان الاخ ماضي من زوجته واعماله ورزقه ولقمة عيشه  بادعاءات باطلة اخرى ان هذه الجرائم واثارها جاءت نتيجة مخالفة ماضي والجركة العالمية للقوانين المحلية ومعاداة السامية بشكل فاضح  وتنظيم عدة نشاطات ضد يهود اوروبا اسفرت عما وصلت اليه الاجهزة الامنية المحلية الاوروبية والاميركية من معلومات دقيقة  وان لا علاقة البتة لاي من عناصر الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي باي من تلك الملاحقات او التقارير الامنية  , وهذا ما دحضته الوثائق ونتائج التحقيق مع تلك العناصر التي اصبح تورطها واضحا ومكشوفا ومؤكدة باعترافات صريحة امام القضاء الاوروبي من اوامر شخصية مباشرة وعبر عدة قنوات رسمية وحزبية لعناصر اسعد حردان  مما دعا الاخ ماضي الى محاولة الاستفسار والطلب من اكثر من مسؤول معني بهذه القضية غي الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي لتوضيح ملابسات هذه التقارير وعلاقة تلك العناصر بالحزب وولائها المتعدد للعديد من الاجهزة الامنية وعلاقتها بمركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي وخطورة هذه القضية على وحدة الحزب الداخلية وخطه المقاوم والطليعي بدعم المقاومة والقضايا العربية الا ان المسؤلين ضربوا بعرض الحائط كل تلك الاسئلة ومارسوا ارهابا من نوعا اخر تمثل بالضغط على قوى 8 اذار اللبنانية بوقف كافة اشكال التنسيق والتعاون مع الاخ ماضي والحركة العالمية مما دعانا الى نشر هذه المعلومات والتفاصيل على شبكة الانترنت بما فيها جرائم اسعد حردان طوال الحرب اللبنانية وحتى تاريخه , ما جعل نفس هذه القيادة  بمتابعة نشاطها الاجرامي بحق الاخ ماضي والحركة العالمية بدات بتهديدات مباشرة وغير مباشرة منها محاولات عدة لاختطاف الاخ فادي ماضي فشلت جميعها وتم التكتم عليها  حرصا من الاخ ماضي على معنويات القوميين ووحدة الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي الى  ان نجحت تلك العصابات  بخطفه واعتقاله وتعذيبه وسرقته  ولم تطلق سراحه الا بعد تهديد العناصر التي استدرجته الى مكان ومحلة الخطف في شارع جورج اسبر من منطقة كليمنصو في بيروت بالكشف عن مصيره ومكان اعتقاله بعدما خالفت تلك العناصر الامنية التابعة لاسعد حردان مضمون الاتفاق الضمني وهو عملية فركة اذن فقط لا محاولة تعذيب وتصفية جسدية بعدما نقلت بعض عناصر الحرس المركزي والذين يبيتون في مركز الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي في منطقة الروشة انباء نحاولة الاغتيال التي من الممكن ان تتم في اي لحظة من التعذيب القاسي  الى صفوف القوميين الاجتماعيين وبعض المسؤلين الى ان تم الاتفاق على اطلاق سراحه عند فجر يوم 10\2\2009 ورميه في منطقة مهجورة في منطقة بئر حسن مجردا من ثيابه وممتلكاته وامواله واوراقه الثبوتية واخرى

 

واليوم وبعد ان وضع القضاء اللبناني يده على هذه القضية باجهزته كافة وبعدما تم تزويد ها باسماء الذين تم التعرف عليهم الذين شاركوا بعملية الخطف والاعتداء والتحقيق والتعذيب وبعدما تم الادعاء على كل من اسعد حردان الذي تحميه الحصانة البرلمانية من كل جرائمه السابقة والحالية وعلى عميد الدفاع في الحزب القومي وائل حسنية وحرسهم الخاص بلاضافة الى حرس المقر الرئيسي للحزب والاسماء الاخرى التي اصبحت بعهدة القضاء اللبناني , نتساءل اين اصبحت هذه الاجراءات القضائية , ويزيدنا استغرابا ان يعلن اركان الحوار الوطني اللبناني في بعبدا عن وقف كافة اشكال العنف  وما زالت الممارسات الارهابية المنافية لابسط مبادئ جقوق الانسان مستمرة حتى بعد مغادرة الاخ ماضي للاراضي اللبنانية  وانعدام الامن القومي والوطني واستباحة حريات المواطن اللبناني دونما اي رادع او وازع اخلاقي وانساني

وماذا لو كان فادي ماضي يملك ميليشيا مسلحة سؤال محدد ودقيق , هل  ستعمل السلطات الامنية من حزبية ورسمية على التعامل معه على واقع حجمه التمثيلي ومراكز القوى ويصبح المواطن اللبناني مجبرا على اللجوء الى طائفته وعشيرته وحزبه لا الى دولة القانون والديمقراطية للمحافظة على حياته ورزقه وامنه, هل بات صوت المليشيا والعصابة اقوى من صوت الدولة وقضائها وقوانينها 

 

نذكر هنا ببيان مركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي المشهور عام 2004 بيان المركز المذكور في باريس حيث يتخذ مقرا له كما يقول ان النشاط بمثابة "سوق محتمل لتجنيد شبان أوروبيين للإرهاب".طبعا التهمة كناية عن اسلوب ترهيبي لعرقلة سير المؤتمر العربي الاسلامي الاوروبي الذي جعله ذي صفة جهادية وفق عقلية منظمات مصدر تعليماتها تل أبيب ليس باريس ـ حيث يضيف المركز داعيا الحكومة الالمانية الى "منع انعقاد هذا المؤتمر  في برلين من الاول الى الثالث من اكتوبر/ تشرين الاول المقبل واجراء تحقيقات حول منظميه ومنع مشاركين اجانب من دخول اراضيها حتى لا يعرضوا النظام العام للخطر". وقد وجه صموئيل رسالة في هذا الشأن الى وزير الداخلية الالماني اوتو شيلي
حقيقة أننا أمام فيلم بوليسي من الطراز الرديء من المؤكد ان أطراف عدة مستفيدة من عرقلة المؤتمر

أما المستفيد الثاني  اسرائيل لأنها ترفض قطعا كل من يناقش ارهابها اليومي المنظم واغتيالاتها المدبرة فهي سيدة مشهود لها بدمويتها

عدم انعقاد المؤتمر الذي سيحضرة نخبة من المفكرين والمحللين ونشطاء في هيئات مدنية الذين تمت دعوتهم وفق أجندة محكمة ومدروسة للحوار السلمي سبق وأعلن ائتلاف السلم والحرية بأنه سيشارك بأجندة مستقلة خصوصا مايتعلق بالمؤتمر العالمي للكتاب والباحثين ونشطاء الرأي والديمقراطية

 

نتذكر جيدا ما ادلى به الاستاذ فادي ماضي

 قبيل مغادرته العاصمة الألمانية برلين  عن ملامح زياته لبنان حيث قال: سوف نثبت للعالم كيف يكون العمل المشترك الجميع يضع موضوعاته في المؤتمر بدون تمييز بين المشاركين مهما كانت اتجاهاتهم ومعتقداتهم مشيرا الى وجود حالة حوارية تهدف الدقة بأنتقاء العديد من المصطلحات التي تحاول الخلط بين الاسلام والعروبة ، وبين الرفض للمخطط الأمريكي في المنطقة وبين قبول المواطن الغربي كضيف في بلداننا ، وبين مقاومة المحتل والفوضى المتغطرسة التى تحاول أمريكا وربيبتها اسرائيل الصاق صفة الارهاب بالمقاومةالمشروعة أننا نحار حقا وهل مقاومة الارهاب يمثل تهمة في بلاد تنافس الغرب على نقاء ديمقراطيتها؟

اننا اذ نورد هذه الحقائق نؤكد مرة اخرى التزامنا الثابت المبدئي بكل ما ناضلنا لاجله طوال السنوات الماضية من دعم للمقاومة العربية غير مشروط ومقارعة المحتل الغاصب لارض العراق وفلسطين والعمل مع كافة قوى التحرر العالمية لاجل مناهضة قوى الغطرسة والاستعمار والامبريالية والصهيونية العالمية , واننا نطاب القضاء اللبناني بممارسة المزيد من الاجراءات الفعالة والملموسة لملاحقة المجرمين ومعاقبتهم ومحاسبتهم الفاشلة التي تمت ليل 9\2\2009

اثر عودة رئيس الحركة الأخ فادي ماضي الى دولة المقر من بيروت وانتهاء فترة العلاج التي تابعها في المانيا من جراء التعذيب الجسدي والمادي والنفسي والتي ادت الى انعكاسات صحية خطيرة , وقد توقف المجلس امام التطورات البالغة الاهمية في مجريات اعمال القضاء الالماني ومحكمة العدل الاوروبية  بعد ما تم رفع دعوى قضائية ضد مركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي بفرعيه الاوروبي والاميركي على اثر احكام البراءة التي اصدرتها المحاكم الالمانية بدرجات عدة لصالح الحركة العالمية لمناهضة العولمة والهيمنة الاميركية والصهيونية والمؤتمر العربي الاسلامي الاوروبي والأخ فادي ماضي والتي تبين فيها بطلان الادعاءات الكاذبة التي اوردتها تقارير مرفوعة الى الاجهزة الامنية المحلية  من عناصر امنية تنتمي الى الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي برئاسة اسعد حردان وبايعاز شخصي منه تطابقت مع ما اورده مركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي من معلومات خطيرة وهامة سلمت الى الحكومة الالمانية والنمساوية وحكومتي واشنطن وتل ابيب حول علاقة مشبوهة للاخ فادي ماضي والحركة العالمية والمؤتمر العربي بمنظمات ارهابية وتهديد السلم والامن العالميين في قضية وصفت في ايلول2004  بانها من اخطر القضايا التي واجهها الاتحاد الاوروبي( راجع تقارير الانباء والاعلام في تلك الفترة ) انتهت بترحيل ماضي الى لبنان واغلاق وحظر انشطة الحركة العالمية والمؤتمر العربي

وبعد النصر القضائي الذي حققته الحركة العالمية في حزيران 2008 وعودة الاخ ماضي الى المانيا واعادة افتتاح جميع مقرات الحركة في انحاء العالم  والبدء باقامة دعاوى الحق المدني ضد كل من ساهم او شارك او حرض في تلك التقارير الكاذبة والادعاءات الباطلة  وبعد ان انكشفت اسماء جميع المتورطين ممن يحملون جنسيات لبنانية وسورية وبدء ملاحقتهم قضائيا في العديد من دول اوروبا , عملت قيادة الجزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي يرئاسة اسعد حردان على طمس الحقائق مرة اخرى والتنصل من جريمة الاتصال بالعدو الصهيوني  , والمساهمة المباشرة في وقف انشطة الحركة العالمية لمناهضة العولمة والهيمنة الاميركية والصهيونية لمدة 45 شهرا  في اوروبا والامريكيتين وحرمان الاخ ماضي من زوجته واعماله ورزقه ولقمة عيشه  بادعاءات باطلة اخرى ان هذه الجرائم واثارها جاءت نتيجة مخالفة ماضي والجركة العالمية للقوانين المحلية ومعاداة السامية بشكل فاضح  وتنظيم عدة نشاطات ضد يهود اوروبا اسفرت عما وصلت اليه الاجهزة الامنية المحلية الاوروبية والاميركية من معلومات دقيقة  وان لا علاقة البتة لاي من عناصر الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي باي من تلك الملاحقات او التقارير الامنية  , وهذا ما دحضته الوثائق ونتائج التحقيق مع تلك العناصر التي اصبح تورطها واضحا ومكشوفا ومؤكدة باعترافات صريحة امام القضاء الاوروبي من اوامر شخصية مباشرة وعبر عدة قنوات رسمية وحزبية لعناصر اسعد حردان  مما دعا الاخ ماضي الى محاولة الاستفسار والطلب من اكثر من مسؤول معني بهذه القضية غي الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي لتوضيح ملابسات هذه التقارير وعلاقة تلك العناصر بالحزب وولائها المتعدد للعديد من الاجهزة الامنية وعلاقتها بمركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي وخطورة هذه القضية على وحدة الحزب الداخلية وخطه المقاوم والطليعي بدعم المقاومة والقضايا العربية الا ان المسؤلين ضربوا بعرض الحائط كل تلك الاسئلة ومارسوا ارهابا من نوعا اخر تمثل بالضغط على قوى 8 اذار اللبنانية بوقف كافة اشكال التنسيق والتعاون مع الاخ ماضي والحركة العالمية مما دعانا الى نشر هذه المعلومات والتفاصيل على شبكة الانترنت بما فيها جرائم اسعد حردان طوال الحرب اللبنانية وحتى تاريخه , ما جعل نفس هذه القيادة  بمتابعة نشاطها الاجرامي بحق الاخ ماضي والحركة العالمية بدات بتهديدات مباشرة وغير مباشرة منها محاولات عدة لاختطاف الاخ فادي ماضي فشلت جميعها وتم التكتم عليها  حرصا من الاخ ماضي على معنويات القوميين ووحدة الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي الى  ان نجحت تلك العصابات  بخطفه واعتقاله وتعذيبه وسرقته  ولم تطلق سراحه الا بعد تهديد العناصر التي استدرجته الى مكان ومحلة الخطف في شارع جورج اسبر من منطقة كليمنصو في بيروت بالكشف عن مصيره ومكان اعتقاله بعدما خالفت تلك العناصر الامنية التابعة لاسعد حردان مضمون الاتفاق الضمني وهو عملية فركة اذن فقط لا محاولة تعذيب وتصفية جسدية بعدما نقلت بعض عناصر الحرس المركزي والذين يبيتون في مركز الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي في منطقة الروشة انباء نحاولة الاغتيال التي من الممكن ان تتم في اي لحظة من التعذيب القاسي  الى صفوف القوميين الاجتماعيين وبعض المسؤلين الى ان تم الاتفاق على اطلاق سراحه عند فجر يوم 10\2\2009 ورميه في منطقة مهجورة في منطقة بئر حسن مجردا من ثيابه وممتلكاته وامواله واوراقه الثبوتية واخرى

 

واليوم وبعد ان وضع القضاء اللبناني يده على هذه القضية باجهزته كافة وبعدما تم تزويد ها باسماء الذين تم التعرف عليهم الذين شاركوا بعملية الخطف والاعتداء والتحقيق والتعذيب وبعدما تم الادعاء على كل من اسعد حردان الذي تحميه الحصانة البرلمانية من كل جرائمه السابقة والحالية وعلى عميد الدفاع في الحزب القومي وائل حسنية وحرسهم الخاص بلاضافة الى حرس المقر الرئيسي للحزب والاسماء الاخرى التي اصبحت بعهدة القضاء اللبناني , نتساءل اين اصبحت هذه الاجراءات القضائية , ويزيدنا استغرابا ان يعلن اركان الحوار الوطني اللبناني في بعبدا عن وقف كافة اشكال العنف  وما زالت الممارسات الارهابية المنافية لابسط مبادئ جقوق الانسان مستمرة حتى بعد مغادرة الاخ ماضي للاراضي اللبنانية  وانعدام الامن القومي والوطني واستباحة حريات المواطن اللبناني دونما اي رادع او وازع اخلاقي وانساني

وماذا لو كان فادي ماضي يملك ميليشيا مسلحة سؤال محدد ودقيق , هل  ستعمل السلطات الامنية من حزبية ورسمية على التعامل معه على واقع حجمه التمثيلي ومراكز القوى ويصبح المواطن اللبناني مجبرا على اللجوء الى طائفته وعشيرته وحزبه لا الى دولة القانون والديمقراطية للمحافظة على حياته ورزقه وامنه, هل بات صوت المليشيا والعصابة اقوى من صوت الدولة وقضائها وقوانينها 

 

نذكر هنا ببيان مركز سايمون فيزنتال اليهودي المشهور عام 2004 بيان المركز المذكور في باريس حيث يتخذ مقرا له كما يقول ان النشاط بمثابة "سوق محتمل لتجنيد شبان أوروبيين للإرهاب".طبعا التهمة كناية عن اسلوب ترهيبي لعرقلة سير المؤتمر العربي الاسلامي الاوروبي الذي جعله ذي صفة جهادية وفق عقلية منظمات مصدر تعليماتها تل أبيب ليس باريس ـ حيث يضيف المركز داعيا الحكومة الالمانية الى "منع انعقاد هذا المؤتمر  في برلين من الاول الى الثالث من اكتوبر/ تشرين الاول المقبل واجراء تحقيقات حول منظميه ومنع مشاركين اجانب من دخول اراضيها حتى لا يعرضوا النظام العام للخطر". وقد وجه صموئيل رسالة في هذا الشأن الى وزير الداخلية الالماني اوتو شيلي

 قبيل مغادرته العاصمة الألمانية برلين  عن ملامح زياته لبنان حيث قال: سوف نثبت للعالم كيف يكون العمل المشترك الجميع يضع موضوعاته في المؤتمر بدون تمييز بين المشاركين مهما كانت اتجاهاتهم ومعتقداتهم مشيرا الى وجود حالة حوارية تهدف الدقة بأنتقاء العديد من المصطلحات التي تحاول الخلط بين الاسلام والعروبة ، وبين الرفض للمخطط الأمريكي في المنطقة وبين قبول المواطن الغربي كضيف في بلداننا ، وبين مقاومة المحتل والفوضى المتغطرسة التى تحاول أمريكا وربيبتها اسرائيل الصاق صفة الارهاب بالمقاومةالمشروعة أننا نحار حقا وهل مقاومة الارهاب يمثل تهمة في بلاد تنافس الغرب على نقاء ديمقراطيتها؟
